BTY is a company in the design, development and manufacture of primary packaging containers for the cosmetics, skincare and fragrance industries. BTY have two plants in Suzhou and is belong to HsingKwang Group. Based on the development of other four companies of group (HsingKuang Suzhou aluminum packaging, HoTan aluminum packaging, HsingKwang Suqian aluminum packaging and ShengGuangYuan spray coating ), BTY have capability to organize mold fabrication ,injection molding ,aluminum manufacturing ,different decoration (silkscreen printing ,hot-stamping ,laser engraving, vacuum spraying and coating )according to customer requirements . BTY is able to provide total solutions for cosmetic packaging with high quality and efficiency service.

With experienced R&D team and advanced design idea, BTY can generate high resolution 2-D images and accurate 3-D functional models to ensure the suitability of any new product design.BTY’s standard components can be achieved quickly, accurately and cost effectively.

‌Mould Manufacturing

BTY mold workshop have an experienced and dedicated staff .Company is able to produce good quality molds with advanced machine and good process control.We also have CMM and suitable instruments to assure the accuracy of the mold, the equipments as follows:

‌Injection Processing

Advanced electric and high speed injection machine with high accuracy from Japan 。The tonnage is from 100T to 300T and all machines with automatic robot for production.
